Do you work with practices outside my state?
Yes. We work with ABA providers across the entire United States. Our email outreach system works regardless of geography, and our NPI database covers all 50 states with 65,000+ providers.
How soon will I see results?
Most practices start seeing their first referrals by month 3-4. By month 5, we’re typically building toward 2-5 consistent referring partners. The referral pipeline compounds over time as relationships deepen.
I’m a solo BCBA just starting out. Is this for me?
