The Nurture Framework
Nurture consists of at least two personalized touchpoints per month, either via phone call or email. We always prefer phone or face-to-face over email. Then there’s also one referral filter email sent to all nurture contacts that highlights your services and recent successes.
The bi-weekly touch point is the cadence we recommend for following up with leads who are strong referral partners or already giving you referrals. This is where most practices fail, because nurturing takes consistent effort over months. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what separates practices with 2 referral partners from practices with 20.
